GREEN GARDEN TOWNSHIP – ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
To the legal voters of the Township of Green Garden in the County of Will and the State of
Illinois, that the ANNUAL TOWN MEETING of said Township will take place on:
TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 2022
being the second Tuesday of said month
At the hour of 7:00 PM at
Green Garden Town Hall
25506 S. Center Road
Monee, Illinois, Green Garden Township
for the transaction of the miscellaneous business of the said township; and after a
Moderator having been elected, will proceed to hear and consider reports of
officers, and decide on such measures as may, in pursuance of the law, come
before the meeting; and especially to consider and decide the following
Agenda
I. Call to Order – Pledge of Allegiance
II. Selection of Moderator
III. Oath of Moderator
IV. Reading and Approval of Annual 2021 Township Meeting Minutes
V. Clerk – Reading/Presentment of Township Annual Financial Statement
