October 12, 2021 RECOVVENING/CONTINUANCE OF 10/11/2021 BOARD MEETING MINUTES
-Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Supervisor Don Murday with the Pledge of Allegiance.
-Roll Call- Trustee Ralph Dietz, Trustee Mark Kovar, Supervisor Murday, Trustee Cherie Newton, Trustee Bill Wagner, Assessor Jane Bushong and Clerk Jeannie Dunigan all present.
– Discussion/Vote on Assessor’s Office Space – Resident Dean Christofilos spoke on behalf of the changes that he has spoken with Mr. Monroe Striggow about his proposed lease agreement for the his potential office space for the new Assessor’s Office. Supervisor Don Murday stated he has spoken to the insurance office regarding any cost changes that would incur with moving the current office to proposed site. Trustee Bill Wagner spoke regarding his concerns with the proposed office space. A motion to approve the new Assessor’s Office space to be at Mr. Striggow’s building was made by Trustee Wagner, with a second by Trustee Mark Kovar. Roll call vote:Trustee Wagner No, Trustee Kovar Yes, Trustee Ralph Dietz Yes, Trustee Cherie Newton Yes, and Supervisor Murday No. Motions passed 3 to 2.
Trustee Kovar left
-Meeting adjourned at 7:30pm with a motion by Trustee Wagner, with a second by Trustee Dietz. All in favor, motion carries. The next regularly-scheduled board meeting will be on November 8th, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
