This is for a Road Bond. The Road Bond will be refunded in full when the project is complete, and the roads are inspected, provided there is not any damage to the Township Roads from your construction project.

2. Check for $3,000 made out to "Green Garden Road District." This is for an Entrance Permit.

Green Garden Township Highway Department requires overweight trucking to be bonded when using Township roads. This helps keep the roads in good condition.

In order to receive a Road Bond, you will need a check made payable to: "Green Garden Township Bond Fund"

Please call the Road District for new construction permit fees.

All Road Bond fees will be fully refunded when the project is complete and roads are inspected, provided there is not any damage to the Township Roads from construction traffic.
