“Today, Will County Circuit Court Judge Victoria Breslan granted the Plaintiffs’ Emergency Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order enjoining Will County from conducting any final action on Zoning Case No. ZC-25-129, which is the application by Lincoln Solar Energy, LLC (Earthrise), until such time as the Plaintiffs are afforded a meaningful opportunity to conduct cross-examination and to present evidence.

Therefore, you will not need to attend the Will County Board meeting, which is scheduled for tomorrow, to provide public comment, as the Court has stayed any proceedings until further order of the Court.”
